The Balcombe Estate is a 3,500 acre traditional family-run estate centred on the village of Balcombe in West Sussex in the High Weald AONB. The estate comprises of a mix of farmland and actively managed forest and woodland which supply our modern, sustainable sawmill.
Properties
Balcombe Estate has a number of residential and commercial properties. The residential properties range from one bedroom flats to six bedroom farmhouses.
Sawmill and Forestry
Sustainability is at the core of the Estate's forestry activities with a focus on conserving this unique landscape and managing it for the benefit of future generations.
