The Estate  Office and sawmill are situated approximately 1 mile  form the centre of Balcombe Village.

The Estate is well served for quick access to an from the motorway network being 3 miles from Junction 10a of the M23. From here follow the London Road (B2036)to the village green, turn left through the village and the sawmill can be found 1 mile from the Half Moon pub on the right hand side, or the Estate Office is half a mile further south on the left hand side at Stone Hall Farm.
